GulfWay is the main thoroughfare that surrounds Mega Tokyo Bay.
This two deck highway travels all the way into the heart of Mega
Tokyo while also providing the only safe way, through small off-ramps,
into places in the fault region. The highway continues to travel from
the southwest to northeast.
